The ONE Campaign is seeking a junior web designer to develop and execute effective graphic design to engage an online constituency in the fight against global poverty. This role will combine responsibilities in web design and web maintenance for ONE.org.

Responsibilities:

• Implement web design work for the ONE.org website and campaign emails

• Design artwork for ONE.org and emails by collaborating with key staff to meet user/audience needs

• Coordinate as needed on various multimedia and design projects

• Update and maintain website as needed

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience in web design and a general background in graphic illustration

• Experience with email design, banner ads, flash and HTML

• Mixed media experience utilizing video is a plus

• 1-2+ years of experience working on Internet based campaigns, specifically for political organizations or issue advocacy highly preferred

• Bachelor Degree mandatory

• Strong oral/written communications abilities
