“I am an aupair from Germany, so i have to take care of kids and live with the family. Here I want to tell you about my hostmom. She inspires me so much, that I decided to stay longer then the year I signed up for. She founded a part online school, which helps kids who drop out of regular schools because family issues. But even after a hard day at work she comes home with a smile and has enough energy to talk to all of us, about how our day was, how her day was, the plans for the next days… I would simply say she is one of the most amazing persons I have ever met and I just enjoy being around her!” -Mara Artz

“My mother is part of me and my inspiration. She has taught me a lot about herself and of me. She has lived with HIV for 15 yrs and she is strong and beautiful. Because of her, I am the first to graduate HS and college.” -Maria Palacio

“I spent a week in Kenya and a week in Uganda in 2006, visiting some children’s charities. A life changing experience! A year later my life changed again when I became a mother for the first time. My son Noah was 4 this week and I also now have a 1 year old, Asher. Motherhood is so rewarding, challenging, delightful but also such a responsibility. I am determined that my boys will visit Africa soon and grow up appreciating how blessed they are and wanting to make a difference in the lives of others.” -Jo Lewis

Lastly, one of you will be winning our ONE prize pack, so keep an eye for an email from me in your inbox today.
